Because we provide digital software products and extensions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases and new subscriptions.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your initial transaction to request a full refund.
Exceptions:
Subscriptions: Refunds are only applicable to the first charge of a new subscription. Automatic renewal charges are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
One-time Licenses: Once a refund is issued for a standalone script or plugin, your license key will be deactivated.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Typlabs website (typlabs.com) and purchasing any of our digital products, plugins, or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Product License Typlabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software extensions and tools for your workflow automation and professional needs, subject to the specific terms of the product tier (e.g., individual license or subscription) you purchase.
3. Subscriptions and Payments Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle customer billing, sales tax compliance, and returns related to payments.
4. Cancellations For subscription-based products, you may cancel your plan at any time through your customer dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to the software until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property All software code, scripts, graphics, and design associated with Typlabs products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Typlabs. You may not distribute, resell, lease, or reverse-engineer our tools.
6. Limitation of Liability Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Typlabs is not liable for any data loss, project delays, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our software.
7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
